Titled Christmas Stars, the concert begins at 6pm and promises an evening of traditional carols, beautiful choral music and festive favourites in the atmospheric surroundings of the Wadebridge church.

Founded in 1986, Wadebridge Choral Society has spent four decades bringing singers and audiences together through a shared love of choral music and live performance. This anniversary concert will celebrate the choir’s musical history while looking ahead to the future.

To mark the milestone, choir members have helped shape the programme, selecting much-loved Christmas favourites from the Society’s past alongside new seasonal pieces being performed by the choir for the first time.

The result will be a varied programme designed to capture both the nostalgia and excitement of Christmas, with music for audiences of all ages to enjoy.

Following the performance, concertgoers are invited to stay for mulled wine and mince pies, providing an opportunity to catch up with friends and chat with members of the choir while sharing some festive cheer.

Advance tickets cost £12.50, with under-16s tickets priced at £5. Tickets are available online at www.wadebridgechoral.org.uk/concerts-events/ or from Wadebridge Bookshop. Tickets will also be available on the door for £14, subject to availability.

As the Society’s annual Christmas concert is usually a sellout, booking in advance is recommended.
